The accuracy of calibration signals is controlled by built-in microprocessors and reference sensors: pressure resistance sensors, atmospheric pressure sensors, and temperature sensors that monitor the generation of pressure level accuracy. The feedback adjustment control circuit makes all adjustments to the calibration signal fully automatic, so users do not need to make any manual adjustments to the ambient temperature and static pressure level. The SV 36 Level 1 sound calibrator has an infrared sensor that can detect the presence of a microphone and automatically turn the calibrator on/off. The calibrator is powered by two LR03/AAA batteries. Each acoustic calibrator provides a calibration statement, allowing users to confirm that their instrument can measure correctly.
Functional characteristics
—The SV36 sound calibrator is a PTB approved Level 1 sound calibrator. This calibrator complies with the IEC 60942:2017 standard, which specifies the performance requirements for various types of sound calibrators. The SV36 sound calibrator is suitable for calibrating Class 1 and Class 2 sound level meters with 1/2 "or 1/4" microphones.
—The SV36 sound calibrator provides two levels of 94 dB or 114 dB at a frequency of 1 kHz. The accuracy of the calibration signal is automatically controlled and adjusted by the built-in microprocessor using an internal reference sensor, so users do not need to manually adjust it.
- Automatic microphone detection
—The SV36 Level 1 sound calibrator has an infrared sensor that can detect the presence of a microphone and automatically turn the calibrator on/off. This solution makes the calibration process easier and extends the operation time to 2 years!
